1 <br /> vacuum pump to evacuate and dehydrated the refrigeration system until the system has been <br /> evacuated to 500 microns and held for four hours. <br /> Brady will charge the refrigerant piping system to meet the manufacturer's specifications. <br /> Electrical <br /> Brady will replace existing disconnect, conduit and conductors required for load side electrical <br /> service from point of existing disconnect to the new AHU and condensing unit. Disconnect, <br /> conduit and conductors will be sized per the NEC and based on the AHU and condensing unit <br /> MOP and MCA provided to Brady by the equipment manufacturer. <br /> Brady will reuse existing breaker, conduit and conductors on line side. <br /> Brady has identified physical space in panel for a new amp breaker to feed the new AHU <br /> and condensing unit. However The electrical load of the panel has not been verified to <br /> handle the load of the new AHU and condensing unit. <br /> Electrical connection to equipment will be made with short lengths of flexible"Liquid -Tite" <br /> conduit. <br /> All equipment has been selected for 208 volts, 60 hertz and 3 phase electrical service. <br /> Brady will provide nameplates for identification of all equipment, motor starters and disconnect <br /> switches. <br /> Pipe Insulation <br /> Brady will insulate the refrigerant suction piping with W armaflex insulation. <br /> Crane and Rigging <br /> Brady will furnish all crane, rigging, and trucking as needed for this project. <br /> Upon receipt of equipment on the job site, Brady will inspect the unit for possible damage <br /> during transit. This will include an inspection of unit exterior, all doors, access panels and <br /> openings. If damage has occurred it will be immediately reported to the delivering carrier <br /> and the damage noted on the receiving copy of the bill of lading. <br /> Controls <br /> Brady to furnish and install a programmable thermostat and low voltage wiring. Brady will <br /> provide new Equipment with BACnet Cards. Controls integration in not included in this <br /> proposal (owner will contract directly with Siemens for Controls work). <br /> Air Balance <br /> Brady excludes system air balancing for this project. The AHU air flow rate will be set per <br /> the manufacturer's specifications. <br /> Start-Up <br /> A Brady factory-authorized technician will perform start-up and inspection of the new split <br /> system according to the manufacturers written instructions. <br /> Page 7 of 14 <br />
