The Manager and staff will respond to preliminary <br />questions that Commissioners may have about the proposed budget, No Board decisions are <br />required at this time, The Board will shape the final 2004-0.5 budget following two public <br />hearings on May 27 and June 3, and during four budget work sessions scheduled between <br />June 10 and June 21, 2004, The County's 2004-05 budget ordinance, grant project ordinances, <br />and County and school capital project ordinances may be adopted at the final budget work <br />session on Monday, June 21 or the final regular BOCC meeting for this fiscal year on June 23, <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact directly associated with this presentation, <br />However, the presentation is the starting point for what will become the Commissioners' <br />financial blueprint for the new fiscal year starting .July 1, 2004. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the presentation <br />for information only at this time, <br />
