(All other staff members will be <br /> 17 identified appropriately below) <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Chair Bedford called the meeting to order at 7:11 p.m. All commissioners were present <br /> 20 except Commissioner Greene. <br /> 21 <br /> 22 1. Boards and Commissions —Annual Work Plan Summaries <br /> 23 The Board received brief presentations from representatives from the first group of County boards <br /> 24 and commissions on their annual work plans and provide feedback and/or direction. Presentations <br /> 25 from the second group of boards and commissions on their annual work plan summaries is <br /> 26 scheduled for the Board's March 11, 2025 work session. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 BACKGROUND: Each year the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) requests that internal <br /> 29 boards and commissions complete reports on the activities each board has conducted over the <br /> 30 past year and a plan for future activities consistent with the goals and objectives of the BOCC. <br /> 31 The Chairs or other board representatives make presentations to the BOCC to share the <br /> 32 information in their written report.
