Late Applications for Property Tax Exemption/Exclusion <br /> 36 The Board approved seven (7) untimely applications for exemption/exclusion from ad valorem <br /> 37 taxation for seven (7) bills for the 2024 tax year. <br /> 38 d. Acceptance of the Agricultural Growth Zone Grant with the North Carolina Department <br /> 39 of Agriculture <br /> 40 The Board accepted an award and authorizing a Memorandum of Agreement for the <br /> 41 Agricultural Growth Zone Grant with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture. <br /> 42 e. Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) —Approval of Membership and <br /> 43 Capacity Numbers <br /> 44 The Board approved the November 15, 2024 membership and capacity numbers for both <br /> 45 school districts (Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools and Orange County Schools)which will be <br /> 46 used in developing 10-year student membership projections and the 2025 SAPFO Technical <br /> 47 Advisory Committee (SAPFOTAC) Report. <br /> 48 <br /> 49 9.
