Identify the priorities and resources necessary to implement the Climate <br />Action Plan. <br />OBJECTIVE 3. Improve educational opportunities for County staff and community <br />members on climate action and available resources to advance climate action projects. <br />OBJECTIVE 7. Invest in services and programs that improve the health and quality of life <br />of the community (e.g., recreation and public open spaces, arts, etc.) <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />1. Receive the grant project funding recommendations from the Commission for the <br />Environment for the FY 2024-25 Orange County Community Climate Action Grant <br />program; and <br />2.
