Riley Surveying, P.A. <br />3326 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. Suite B-100 <br /> Durham, North Carolina 27707 <br /> <br />AN AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE PROVISION <br />OF LIMITED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />DATE: February 17, 2025 <br /> <br />CLIENT: County of Orange <br /> 306 Revere Road, Suite A102 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Attn: Angel Barnes, Capital Projects Manager <br /> <br /> <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Orange County Motor Pool Site <br /> Topographic Survey <br /> Hillsborough, NC <br /> <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, computations and <br />drafting necessarty to perform a Topographic Survey for a portion of the property located at 600 NC <br />Hwy 86 (PIN 9865-83-3029) as shown on sketch provided by client comprising approximately 5 <br />acres. This survey shall accurately depict the following: platted property lines, street rights of way, <br />easements as found in public record, one foot contour invervals, buildings, curbs, pavements, trees <br />30” or larger, treelines, water features and associated buffers, above ground utilities, storm and sewer <br />structures with rim/invert/pipe size and material, areas of impervious surface, treelines and any <br />other observable feature which may impact site design. This survey shall conform in all respects with <br />21 NCAC 56 (NC Surveying Standards). <br /> <br />Fixed Fee: $11,250.00 <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1) We are prepared to commence work within 90 days upon acceptance of this Proposal of <br />Agreement. The surveys shall be delivered via sealed hardcopy and digital files <br />approximiately two weeks henceforth, weather permitting. <br />2) This survey shall be tied to NAD ’83 and NAVD ’88 as necessary to conform with <br /> 21NCAC 56. <br />3) Boundary survey is not included but may be performed under a future Agreement. <br /> <br />The Terms and Conditions following this page are a part of this Agreement.
