Riley Surveying, P.A. <br />3326 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd. Suite B-100 <br /> Durham, North Carolina 27707 <br /> <br />AN AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE PROVISION <br />OF LIMITED <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />DATE: February 20, 2025 <br /> <br />CLIENT: County of Orange <br /> 306 Revere Road, Suite A102 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27287 <br /> Attn: Angel Barnes, Capital Projects Manager <br /> <br />PROJECT NAME/LOCATION: Orange County Board of Elections <br /> Boundary/Topographic Survey <br /> Hillsborough, NC <br /> <br />SCOPE AND EXTENT OF SERVICES: Deed research, field measurements, computations and <br />drafting necessarty to perform a Boundary Survey of the property located at 208 S Cameron St <br />(PIN 9874-15-3612) and a Topographic Survey of the area as shown on sketch provided by client. <br />The Boundary Survey shall accurately depict the following: property lines, street rights of way and <br />easements as found in public record. The Topographic area will depict: one foot contour invervals, <br />curbs, pavements, trees 30” or larger, treelines, water features and associated buffers, above ground <br />utilities, storm and sewer structures with rim/invert/pipe size and material, 100 year flood limits, any <br />other observable feature which may impact site design. Impervious surface locations and <br />calculations will be provided for the entire parcel, but there will be no drafting. This survey shall <br />conform in all respects with 21 NCAC 56 (NC Surveying Standards). <br /> <br />Fixed Fee: $13,500.00 <br /> <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br />1) We are prepared to commence work within 90 days upon acceptance of this Proposal of <br />Agreement. The surveys shall be delivered via sealed hardcopy and digital files <br />approximiately two weeks henceforth, weather permitting. <br />2) This survey shall be tied to NAD ’83 and NAVD ’88 as necessary to conform with <br />21 NCAC 56. <br /> 3) Wetland mapping will not be part of this Survey. <br /> <br />The Terms and Conditions following this page are a part of this Agreement.
