2 <br /> <br /> <br />4.0 TPA SYSTEM - One-Way Data Feed (TPA to ClearRisk) <br />The configuration of a set of processes that allows supply of CSV-formatted <br />reports to a ClearRisk-managed SFTP site. ClearRisk’s automation will retrieve <br />the financial information (gross payments, reserves, recoveries) and claim status <br />and update the claim records in the ClearRisk system on a weekly basis. <br /> <br />This deliverable will not include a one-time upload of claims data. The claims <br />being updated by the integration will already be inserted into the ClearRisk <br />system by ORANGE COUNTY manually or via ORANGE COUNTY’s webform. High- <br />level activities include: <br /> <br />● SFTP Configuration with Orange County <br />● Mapping of TPA Loss Run to ClearRisk System <br />● Creation & testing of data automation (to update financial and status <br />information on claim) <br />● Final scheduling of data automation <br /> <br />The integration will be based on data column headers from Appendix B Tab <br />“TPA Integration” and will be limited to the following columns within the TPA <br />Integration tab in Appendix B: <br /> <br />● Status <br />● Close Date <br />● Incurred Dollars <br />● Paid Dollars <br />● Outstanding Dollars <br /> <br />Financial columns/values from the TPA file will be classified in ClearRisk as <br />“Indemnity” when the Claim is an auto Claim, and “Expenses” when the claim is <br />a WC Claim <br /> <br />Matching TPA claims to claims in the ClearRisk system can be accomplished <br />using the ClearRisk claim number (if the TPA can intake/track it) or via the TPA <br />claim number.
