7 <br /> <br /> <br />9.0 Quality Management <br />ClearRisk utilizes various quality methods to verify deliverables and provide our <br />customers with the materials to aid in and the ability to review and accept <br />deliverables. <br /> <br />9.1 Data Migration Quality Management <br /> <br />9.1.1 User Acceptance Testing (Data Migration) <br />Once final data migration has been completed, the ORANGE COUNTY ClearRisk <br />user(s) (can be a single user or many) will complete the “Data Migration” section <br />of the user acceptance testing document and return it to ClearRisk. The user(s) <br />will be required to sign off and date items that they deem complete and items <br />that need fixing/reupload (with description & evidence of issue). User <br />acceptance testing (UAT) will not cover items outside of project scope. <br /> <br />9.1.2 Migration Map <br />For data-sets not being uploaded via ClearRisk’s data migration templates a <br />migration map (excel format) will be created per data type and provided to <br />ORANGE COUNTY by ClearRisk. This map will include the following: <br /> <br />● Module & field source column is being mapped to <br />● Pick-list option mappings per-field if applicable <br />● Fields that will be aggregated to a ‘Note’ <br />● Fields that will not be migrated to ClearRisk <br /> <br />This map will be used by ORANGE COUNTY when validating the data and <br />completing data migration UAT, and is considered the source of truth for the <br />project’s data migration. <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D2823CF9-24EF-4CAA-AF7E-6E5594A72609
