First, in the <br />short term, the Site Supervisor will generate a Deficiency Report and initiate corrective actions <br />immediately to eliminate the situation. After correction, the work is re-inspected to ensure that <br />our customer’s and corporate quality control standards are met. The Site Supervisor will then <br />complete the report detailing what corrective actions were taken.
