AmericanFacility <br />SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />QUALITY CONTROL PLAN <br /> <br />AFS is dedicated to controlling quality at every level of functional and administrative activity, <br />across the project lines. As a result of our commitment to providing our clients with superior <br />service, AFS has recently implemented a state-of-the-art, web-based Quality Assurance <br />program to facilitate our inspection, reporting, and corrective action procedures. With our <br />detailed, standardized, app-based system, we can inspect document deficiencies, assign <br />corrective actions, and document the resolution of issues with real-time reporting capabilities. All <br />QC reports can be viewed immediately by our management and clients. <br /> <br />Our Quality Control Plan (QCP) for the referenced solicitation will be custom designed to promote <br />and maintain superior contract performance. It will combine traditional, inspection-oriented <br />processes with progressive, education and training-oriented protocols to form a Total Quality <br />Management (TQM) package that will meet or exceed all contract requirements. Along with our <br />processes and training programs that show our accountability to the quality of our services, we <br />guarantee the satisfaction of our customers. <br /> <br />For this project, our primary TQM objectives will be to ensure that on a regular and routine <br />basis, all services are performed: <br /> <br /> On schedule and to the complete satisfaction of our client <br /> In a manner that continually improves the quality and timeliness of services. <br /> <br />The overriding objective of TQM is Continuous Process Improvement (CPI). The key to CPI is a <br />carefully planned, rigorously enforced inspection program, carried out by qualified and <br />motivated team leaders at every functional level of program activity. The result of CPI is <br />enhanced productivity, improved performance, and exceptional customer relations. The following <br />sections provide a snapshot look at the policies and procedures we will implement. <br /> <br /> General <br /> <br />Quality Control is the formal and informal process of inspections, deficiency reports, and <br />corrective action cycles used to quantitatively, systematically, and accurately verify the quality <br />and timeliness of services provided to our customers by AFS contract personnel. Our traditional <br />quality control directives combine self-inspection by motivated, qualified Site Supervisors with <br />random, informal observations and scheduled, formal inspections by an independent Quality <br />Control program faction. In this way, we reaffirm the responsibility of supervision to provide <br />quality services while validating those services through separate and independent channels. <br /> <br /> Key Personnel <br /> <br />Our Contract Manager and Site Supervisors will head our Quality Control Program. They will <br />report directly to our Director of Operations, Mr. Harold Angel while maintaining a "dotted line" <br />relationship with our customers. This ensures quality control integrity while maintaining a daily <br />dialog between managers.
