Special presentations are tailored to demonstrate <br />special needs – such as clean room environments, medical areas, and electronic <br />manufacturing plants. <br /> <br /> Job Rotation: To ensure that service workers develop a broader array of skills than <br />those required merely to execute their assigned tasks, AFS has created a series of <br />planned job rotations. Under this program, employees will become proficient in many <br />areas, making AFS’s overall service more flexible to the special or changing needs of <br />clients and more valuable, too. <br /> <br /> On-The-Job Coaching: This is a form of continuing apprenticeship for workers who <br />have already achieved all the basic skills necessary to fulfill their job assignments.
