AmericanFacility <br />SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Employee Benefits <br /> <br />AFS compensates hourly employees on a pay scale that rates above industry standard wages <br />for janitorial skill levels. We offer paid holidays (6/year) to all full-time employees. Employees <br />are eligible for holiday pay after they have completed ninety (90) days of consecutive <br />employment. AFS also offers paid vacations to all full-time employees.
