Our top priority is providing a healthy and safe working <br />environment for your employees and customers. <br /> <br />QUALITY <br /> <br />American Facility Services is committed to controlling quality at every level of functional and <br />administrative activity, across the project lines. As a result of our commitment to providing our <br />clients with superior service, AFS has recently implemented a state-of-the-art, web-based <br />Quality Assurance program to facilitate our inspection, reporting, and corrective action <br />procedures. With our detailed, standardized, app-based system, we can inspect, document <br />deficiencies, assign corrective actions, and document the resolution of issues with real-time <br />reporting capabilities. All QC reports can be viewed immediately by our management and <br />clients. <br /> <br />Our Quality Control Plan for the referenced solicitation will be further tailored to promote and <br />maintain superior contract performance. It combines traditional, inspection-oriented processes <br />with progressive, education and training-oriented protocols to form a Total Quality Management <br />package that will meet or exceed all contract requirements. American Facility Services <br />welcomes comments from our clients via e-mail, phone, verbal (which is immediately written <br />down by our employees) and any other avenue of communication available. <br /> <br />Our quality control plan is designed to ensure that on a regular and routine basis, all services <br />are performed: <br /> <br /> On schedule and to the complete satisfaction of our client <br /> In a manner that continually improves the quality and timeliness of services. <br /> <br />Further, the Contract Manager will inspect all services on an unscheduled basis and the <br />Supervisor will inspect them more intensely. <br /> <br />AFS is assisting many of our clients with their goals to move towards more environmentally <br />conscious cleaning efforts. We have moved to a standard of utilizing ‘green seal’ approved <br />cleaning products and environmentally friendly paper and plastic products.
