I worked for the Dept <br />for 7 years and developed many of its recycling programs and initiated with Mr, Wilson <br />the strategy of offering the recycling servioces in-house. I have extensive plannning <br />experience w/ solid waste issues and an understanding of those specific to our county. <br />Also founded an environmental and economic consulting company in WV, One World, <br />that specialized in solid waste issues.
