Much of my social and <br /> professional community, and the arts community of which was my primary social community for <br /> my 20s, is priced out of housing markets in the county. My choice to remain in the county means <br /> that, given my personal financial position, I will likely remain a renter for the foreseeable future. I <br /> think this perspective is useful. <br /> Please explain your reasons for wanting to serve on this board <br /> I care deeply about this county and about effective, community-informed stewardship of its <br /> growth. We have significant challenges and opportunities in creating an Orange County that <br /> allows all of its residents, businesses, and cultural institutions to thrive, and doesn t close the <br /> door on folks coming in from without.
