Partnership to End Homelessness (OCPEH) Leadership Team <br /> -Staff connects between boards to share updates and inform of feedback. <br /> -HCV program collaborates with OCPEH with its waitlist referral and Move <br /> On initiative, which issues vouchers to clients utilizing various transitional <br /> housing options. This helps them transition from homelessness to subsidized <br />
