By encouraging clean energy adoption and implementing energy-efficient <br /> building practices,the policy seeks to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, lower energy <br /> consumption,and position Orange County as a leader in sustainability.This policy <br /> also aims to incentivize businesses to invest in green technologies, renewable energy <br /> sources,and environmentally friendly practices, ultimately contributing to the County's <br /> long-term sustainability and carbon neutrality goals.
