76 <br /> Strategically supportinvestment <br /> sewer infrastructure in keyeconomic <br /> development areas to foster growth, attract new <br /> businesses or expand existing, and provide for a <br /> healthy fiscal balance. <br /> Orange County will ensure that essential services are available to foster <br /> growth, attract investment, and create a sustainable environment for <br /> businesses to thrive, while also enhancing the quality of life for residents <br /> and promoting long-term economic and fiscal stability. <br /> The intent of this policy is to align infrastructure investment with economic <br /> development goals by proactively providing public water and sewer services to <br /> Economic Development Areas and evaluating opportunities to provide private water <br /> and wastewater service to Rural Activity Nodes, Rural Conservation Neighborhoods, <br /> and Economic Development Areas unable to be served by public systems.
