Merge recreational project goals with <br /> transportation and connectivity goals. <br /> Orange County will ensure that expansion of the transportation system <br /> includes, where feasible and practical, multimodal infrastructure. <br /> This policy is intended to encourage improved systems that support walking, biking,and <br /> other forms of non-motorized transportation and align goals between recreation and <br /> transportation planning efforts.
