As required under UDO Section 2.8.5, the Planning Director is required to ‘… cause an <br />analysis to be made of the application and, based upon that analysis, prepare a <br />recommendation for consideration’. In analyzing this proposal, the Planning Director offers <br />the following: <br />1.The application is complete in accordance with Section 2.8.3 of the UDO. <br />2.The proposal is supportive of principles/goals/objectives outlined within the Orange <br />County Comprehensive Plan (See Planning Director’s Recommendation section of <br />abstract for specifics). <br />3.The amendments can be considered separately. <br />Staff Analysis
