It does not provide water to either the Cane Creek <br />Reservoir or University Lake. The Haw River Protected Watershed Standards are: <br />Maximum Impervious Surface = 24% of a property. <br />High Stormwater Management for Quality and Quantity Discharge <br />Fiddlehead Commons Modified Plan for 100 dwellings and support uses as <br />drawn has an impervious ratio of 15% <br />Fiddlehead Commons will adopt and use the standards of the Haw River <br />Protected Watershed <br />12
