Dividing Tasks Evenly Between Crews for Efficiency: When faced with multiple
Large tasks across different locations, we can divide responsibilities between
crews, ensuring that each team works in parallel on separate tasks. This ensures
that no crew becomes overburdened and that tasks are completed on time.
• Fredis and Victor will assign specific tasks to their teams to maximize
efficiency, such as mowing, trimming, or waste removal.
3. Leveraging Additional Staff and Backup Equipment: If additional manpower or
equipment is required to meet deadlines, we will have a pool of backup staff and
equipment available to deploy on short notice. This allows us to maintain high
service standards and ensure that the facilities receive timely and consistent
maintenance.
• We will maintain a list of trained backup staff who can step in if a crew
member is unavailable or if we need to meet an urgent deadline.
• Backup equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, or trucks, will be readily
accessible, ensuring that there are no delays due to equipment failures or
shortages.
Operational Coordination
To ensure smooth communication and coordination across crews, Blake Murray(the
Account Manager)will oversee the scheduling, management, and reporting process:
1. Scheduling:
• Blake will coordinate weekly schedules with both crew leaders, ensuring the
right personnel and equipment are assigned to the right sites.
• He will monitor and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate weather
conditions or unexpected issues.
2. Reporting:
• Crew leaders (Fredis and Victor)will submit weekly progress reports to Blake
Murray, documenting completed tasks, any challenges faced, and upcoming
maintenance needs.
Southern1 1
murraystandscapeservices.com . 27705
