Resolution Regarding an Air Permit Application Request from the University of North <br /> 18 Carolina at Chapel Hill <br /> 19 This item was added to the agenda at the beginning of the meeting. The Board approved a <br /> 20 resolution providing comments on the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's application to <br /> 21 the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality for an Air Permit modification. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 BACKGROUND: The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC) currently holds a Title V <br /> 24 air quality permit for its cogeneration facility to burn coal and natural gas in boilers to produce <br /> 25 electricity and steam.
