<br />Exhibit D <br />ENO ARTS MILL STUDIOS COMMISSION AND FEE STRUCTURE <br />Revised February 21, 2022 <br /> <br /> <br />In an effort to keep Eno Arts Mill Studios affordable for local artists while ensuring the sustainability of the Studios, the Orange <br />County Arts Commission (OCAC) will charge the following fees for services: <br /> <br /> SALES OF ARTWORK The County will collect a 30% commission from the sale of artwork during monthly featured exhibits. <br />This includes work displayed in the Eno Mill Gallery, but not within individual artist studios. In exchange, the County will <br />promote the exhibits and host a monthly Open Studio Reception. Featured work will be entered into an inventory system <br />and sales will be tracked. Sales will be calculated following the exhibit closing and artist payments processed within thirty <br />(30) days. <br /> CLASSES <br />o Suite 17 Large Classroom: Studio Artists may rent the large classroom for $25 per hour or may choose a 60/40 split <br />of class fees (60% artist). In exchange, the OCAC will provide facilities, tables and chairs, scheduling and reservation <br />assistance, and a listing of the class on the OCAC website.
