<br /> <br />Terms and Conditions <br />Plans/Specifications-Electrical work requested by others not indicated on plans and/or <br />specifications shall not be part of this agreement <br />Underground Work-All trenching assumes reasonable digging conditions with no major <br />rock that would require extra equipment and material to excavate. In such cases, there <br />may be additional charges based on evaluation of the conditions. <br />Weather-Project schedule may be delayed due to weather. Contractor is not responsible <br />for delays in the schedule due to weather. <br />Change Orders-Deviation or alteration to the scope of this agreement, including plans or <br />specification, shall be executed on receipt of written orders <br />Code and Installation Practices-Material and equipment supplied by Electrical Contractor <br />shall be installed in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local electrical <br />building code, and standard electrical practices. Requirements that are not codified as of <br />the date of this proposal are excluded from this quotation. <br />Warranty-Warranty of electrical material and equipment supplied by Electrical Contractor <br />shall be for a period of one year from the date of final invoice.
