<br />Page 3 of 41 <br /> <br />Project Personnel, <br />Installation <br />& supplies <br />Outside <br />contractors <br />Administration Total <br />Example: Youth Climate Leadership <br />Project $15,000 $10,000 $5,000 $30,000 <br />Orange County Green Infrastructure <br />Workforce Development Program <br />45,000 $20,000 6,000 $71,000 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Briefly describe your proposed use of funds (2-4 sentences): <br /> <br />Continuing the work of our 2023-24 OCCCA and EPA grants, we will use the funding <br />requested herein to install sustainable stormwater management practices that minimize <br />flooding, mold, and foundation issues on additional, historically underserved properties in <br />Orange County, not only protecting but improving these properties, residents and their <br />waterways from the increased force and frequency of storm events accompanying climate <br />warming. We will utilize public high-school teachers currently in the program to train and <br />certify Orange County teachers and students in the certified green infrastructure curriculum <br />via afterschool training programs in Orange County, each of which culminates with 1-2 <br />sustainable stormwater management multi-home installations on Orange County properties <br />and after which both teachers and students receive stipends. <br /> <br />Of the $71,000 we ask from OCCCA in 2024-25, we seek: <br /> <br />$45,000 on Personnel, Installation => $8,000 = $800 stipends for 10 teachers) <br /> & Supplies $11,000 = $220 stipends for 50 students) <br /> $15,000 Project personnel salary <br /> $11,000 Installation supplies <br />$20,000 for Outside contractor => $20,000 Outside contractor cost for site <br />preparation & cistern installations <br />$6,000 on Administrative cost $6,000 Administrative costs <br /> <br />To the best of my knowledge and belief, all information and data in this application is <br />true and current. <br /> <br /> August 15, 2024 <br />Signature: <br /> Applicant’s Authorized Signatory Date <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 7E7D300B-F83F-4917-A8A3-638B79C7D566
