All invoices will be submitted electronically and are to be paid in full upon receipt. <br />All services will be performed in accordance with the Standard Contract Terms and Conditions attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof. This Proposal, together with these Standard Contract Terms and <br />Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between MBP and the Client and supersedes all prior <br />written and oral understandings.
