The Grantee ' s federal tax identification <br /> number is 56-6000327 , is physically located in Orange County (District 4), and is further located at P .O. Box <br /> 8181 , Hillsborough, NC 27278 . <br /> The purpose of this Agreement is to encourage the preservation of qualifying farmland and to foster the <br /> growth, development, and sustainability of family farms . The Grantee ' s agreement title is Orange Local <br /> Agricultural Growth Zone, This Agreement is funded by State appropriations . Funds awarded under this <br /> Agreement must be used for the purposes for which they are intended. <br /> The Grantee ' s fiscal year ends 6/30 . <br /> Agreement Documents : <br /> This Agreement consists of the Memorandum of Agreement and its attachments, all of which are identified by <br /> name as follows . <br /> 1 . This Memorandum <br /> 2 . Scope of Work, including Line-Item Budget and Budget Narrative <br /> 3 . Terms and Conditions <br /> These documents constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior oral or written <br /> statements or agreements . <br /> I. Precedence Among Agreement Documents : <br /> In the event of a conflict between or among the terms of the Agreement Documents, the terms in the <br /> Agreement Document with the highest relative precedence shall prevail . The order ofprecedence shall <br /> be the order of documents as listed in Paragraph 1 , above, with the first-listed document having the <br /> highest precedence and the last-listed document having the lowest precedence.
