AMENDMENTS <br /> This Agreement may be amended upon written approval executed by authorized individuals <br /> of all parties to this Agreement. <br /> 12. EDUCATION AND OUTREACH <br /> County shall be responsible for the preparation, distribution, expense, and coordination of <br /> education and outreach services related to waste management, recycling, and reduction <br /> services and programs under its administration, including advertising of holiday schedules. <br /> A multi-media approach will be utilized. <br /> To facilitate unified messaging regarding solid waste and recycling services, a <br /> communication plan shall be developed for review by the MOC. The intent of the <br /> communication plan is to provide a framework for the development of consistent and unified <br /> communication among the parties regarding solid waste and recycling. The communication <br /> plan is intended to be an overarching planning document from which specific projects and <br /> activities can be developed. The plan shall be updated by staff as requested by the MOC. <br /> 13.
