22 <br /> During the initial term this Agreement shall be reviewed by staff of the County <br /> and Town Management each year beginning no later than October 15, 2017 in <br /> order to determine: The cost/benefit of the County's administration of the <br /> collection of stormwater utility fees and charges in the Town; any difficulties <br /> encountered in implementing the terms of this Agreement; any other issues that <br /> need to be examined. <br /> 6. AMENDMENTS <br /> This Agreement may be amended by mutual written consent of the County and <br /> Town. <br /> 7. TERMINATION <br /> This Agreement may be terminated by either Party hereto upon one year <br /> advance written notice to the other Party or at any time by mutual written <br /> agreement of the Parties. <br /> 8.
