She said that this is a scoring matrix and that they <br /> should challenge applicants to meet the % mile. She said that way either everyone will get it, or <br /> no one will. <br /> Chair Bedford said that those are two good comments, and they will be given to the <br /> manager to work on. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked how traditionally underserved areas of the county will <br /> overlap with the access to transportation. <br /> Vice-Chair Greene said there are some traditionally underserved areas in the towns and <br /> not just unincorporated areas. She said that she wanted it to be possible to increase the number <br /> and frequency of bus trips to neighborhoods like northside. <br /> Blake Rosser said they will take that into account and the underserved areas in the towns <br /> are harder to identify. <br /> Aaron Cohen said community development is studying hotspots for housing displacement <br /> in the towns and those findings could be incorporated. <br />
