She said that some applicants might feel that it is not fair. She asked if they had a <br /> conversation with affordable housing providers about this and if there is a plan to talk with them. <br /> Blake Rosser said this is the first draft, so they are here to get feedback and will seek <br /> other feedback. <br /> Chair Bedford asked what accessibility means. <br /> Blake Rosser said it makes the property ADA compliant with ramps, number of accessible <br /> units, etc. <br /> Aaron Cohen said universal designs are still captured in the scorecard and this just <br /> removes redundancy around legal ADA requirement. <br />
