He said that they <br /> can discuss how to weigh that scorecard. He said that having a separate pool might take care of <br /> that issue. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked the annual income equivalent to 60% AMI. <br /> Aaron Cohen said for a family of 4 it is roughly $82,000, but it depends on family size. <br /> Blake Rosser said the last two items they feel will address the concerns about naturally <br /> affordable housing. <br />
