He said it is contradictory. <br /> Leigh Anne King said she understands his point and can adjust that in the final report. She <br /> said that the private wastewater was close, but the water was not as close. She said the point is <br /> there is not strong support for either when compared to strongly supporting or not supporting. <br /> Commissioner McKee said he wants the document to be as clear as possible because it <br /> will be a major impact. <br /> Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked if there are other factors to be considered like age and <br /> income level for those who are being surveyed. She said the participation from the Asian <br /> community is low and asked what the plan is to engage them. <br />
