Tryon St. <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> Dear Laura: <br /> The Orange County Arts Commission (OCAC) Advisory Board unanimously approved the <br /> recommendation of Francesca Talenti through electronic vote on December 14, 2024. <br /> Francesca is a well-known member of the Hillsborough arts community and brings a long history in the <br /> performing arts, including film production.
