62 <br /> Phase 1: <br /> Morrow Mill Road and Site Access A: <br /> • Construct a stop controlled access with one ingress lane and one egress lane. <br /> • Provide a minimum internal protected stem of 100'. <br /> Gold Mine Loop Road and Site Access B: <br /> • Construct a stop controlled access with one ingress lane and one egress lane. <br /> • Provide appropriate controls to restrict access to emergency vehicles only. <br /> Phase 2: <br /> Morrow Mill Road and NC 54 <br /> • Construct an exclusive northbound right turn lane on Morrow Mill Road with a <br /> minimum of 150' of full storage and appropriate transitions per NCDOT <br /> requirements. <br /> Morrow Mill Road and Proposed Site Access <br /> • Construct a southbound left turn lane with 100 feet of storage and appropriate <br /> transition per NCDOT requirements on Morrow Mill Road. <br /> Multi-modal and Streetscave Enhancements: <br /> Any locally stipulated multi-modal enhancements including but not limited to sidewalk, <br /> bike lanes, bus pull offs, lighting, landscaping etc. on State maintained routes are subject <br /> to NCDOT requirements and approval through the encroachment process. <br /> General Requirements: <br /> It is necessary to obtain an approved driveway permit and/or encroachment agreement(s) <br /> prior to performing work on the NCDOT right of way. As a condition of the permit, the <br /> permitee shall be responsible for design and construction of the above stipulated <br /> improvements in accordance with NCDOT requirements. An approved permit will be <br /> issued upon receipt of the approved site plan,roadway plans, inspection fee, and any <br /> necessary performance and indemnity bonds. <br /> The applicant shall verify that the proposed street and driveway connections provide for <br /> adequate vertical and horizontal sight distances in accordance with NCDOT <br /> requirements. <br />
