Based on the <br /> information provided, we offer the following comments. <br /> General• <br /> The proposed site consists of a residential subdivision to be completed in two (2)phases. <br /> Phase one (1) consists of 25 single-family dwelling units, 24 multi-family dwelling units <br /> and a 6-bed assisted living facility. Phase one is expected to be completed in 2027. Upon <br /> full build out in 2030, the site will consist of 90 single-family dwelling units, 60 multi- <br /> family dwelling units and a 20-bed assisted living facility and is expected to generate <br /> approximately 1278 daily trips.
