The amendment is consistent with the consolidated plan because it supports the <br /> following: <br /> Priority Need #3 - Integrated Housing for People with Service Needs <br /> 5. The amendment is reasonable and in the public interest because it encourages <br /> development of a needed housing type for disadvantaged and/or aging populations. <br /> The Orange County Board of Commissioners hereby adopts this Statement of Consistency <br /> and the findings expressed herein. <br /> Jamezetta Bedford, Chair Date <br />
