The rationale for the proposed amendment consistent with the standards established in the <br /> UDO. <br /> El All other circumstances, factors and reasons which the applicant offers in support of the <br /> proposed Comprehensive Plan amendment. <br /> El Review fee <br /> Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map Amendment <br /> Based on Section 2.3 of the LIDO, this application should be submitted with the following materials: <br /> El Orange County GIS map with the parcel, or portion thereof highlighted or otherwise indicated. <br /> 0 Legal description of the parcel, or portion thereof. <br /> Letter of request to include: <br /> ■ Parcel Identification Number (PIN), general location, and owner of the parcel <br /> ■ Current and requested land use plan classification designation(s) <br /> ■ Narrative stating the manner in which the proposed amendment will carry out the intent and <br /> purpose of the adopted comprehensive plan or part thereof <br /> ■ Statement of any other circumstances, factors, and reasons which the applicant offers in <br /> support of the proposed amendment <br /> ■ Statement of the changed or changing conditions in the area, or in the County generally, <br /> which make the proposed amendment reasonably necessary. <br /> Q Review fee <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
