The waste enclosure <br /> will need to be located within POD A2 so that collection vehicles will be able to <br /> access the dumpsters/carts and exit efficiently. The waste enclosure will need to be <br /> in place for future residents/businesses to use. The townhome/single family dwelling <br /> will all have individual recycling carts that can be collected by OC Solid Waste <br /> Management. <br />
