290 <br /> • Wood shop. <br /> The Staff comments contained herein are based upon the submittal of a required Site <br /> Plan, dated March 21, 2024, and posted for review on March 25, 2024. These <br /> findings should not be interpreted as the Division's final analysis/approval of the <br /> proposed development. Soil and site evaluations will not be conducted by the <br /> Orange County Health Department, Environmental Health Division, unless the plan <br /> for wastewater disposal changes from current intention. <br /> The Health Department's role is regulatory for any permitted or licensed facilities or <br /> amenities included in the master plan. Consultation and permitting for public water <br /> supply wells is anticipated early in the project. <br /> Environmental Health Conditions <br /> X At this time, no application(s) have been received. Application(s) and fees <br /> required. <br /> n/a Improvement Permit(s) shall only be issued upon presentation of the exact <br /> structure to be constructed. <br /> n/a Permit(s) must be issued by the Orange County Health Department prior to any <br /> alteration of the lot(s). <br /> X Permit conditions may apply. <br /> Existing EH records are attached. <br /> X Existing well and/or septic systems will be impacted. <br /> X Contact Public Water Supply for on-site water supply. <br /> X Other: Pending inspections requirements from DHHS regarding facilities <br /> Conclusion: <br /> EH has no objections to the approval of the zoning request so long as the above list <br /> is addressed to the Orange County Health Department for processing and issuance <br /> of Permits. This designation is not an Improvement Permit or Well Permit and not <br /> approval for a septic system or on-site water supply.
