170 <br /> Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> 5824 Morrow Mill Road <br /> Chapel Hill, North Carolina E S&ME Project No. 22580189 <br /> 1.6 User Reliance <br /> The User of this report is Triangle Traditional Music and Dance Retirement Society. Use of this report by third <br /> parties will be at such party's sole risk except when granted under written permission by S&ME. Any such <br /> authorized use or reliance by third parties will be subject to the same Agreement under which the work was <br /> conducted for the User. <br /> The additional party's use and reliance on the report will be subject to the same rights, obligations, and limitations <br /> imposed on the User by our Agreement, unless otherwise agreed. However, the total liability of S&ME to all <br /> parties of the Phase I ESA shall be limited to the remedies and amounts as provided in the Agreement as a single <br /> contract. The additional party's use and reliance on the report shall signify the additional party's agreement to be <br /> bound by the proposal and contract that make up the Agreement between S&ME and the User. <br /> 2.0 GENERAL SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> 2.1 Site Location <br /> The subject property is located at 5824 Morrow Mill Road, Chapel Hill, North Carolina. According to the Orange <br /> County Geographic Information System (GIS) website, the subject property is comprised of one parcel which <br /> contains approximately 125.37 acres identified as Orange County PIN 9739624313 <br /> The location of the subject property is illustrated on Figure 1 and Figure 2 in Appendix I. <br /> 2.2 Site and Vicinity Characteristics <br /> The subject property is predominantly wooded with some buildings, including a residence, located in the <br /> northwestern portion and an agricultural field in the central portion. Drainage features that cross portions of the <br /> property from west to east discharge into Collins Creek.Additional ephemeral drainage features were noted in the <br /> wooded areas in the central portion of the subject property. The subject property can be accessed from the north <br /> via a gravel driveway next to the residence as well as from the west from Gold Mine Loop. <br /> Property usage in the area of the subject property is a mixture of residential and agricultural. <br /> 3.0 USER PROVIDED INFORMATION <br /> Certain information identified in ASTM E 1527-13 is to be provided by the User of this report. S&ME provided a <br /> User Questionnaire with our proposal, and the questionnaire was completed on August 2, 2022 by Mr. Edwin Cox, <br /> treasurer for the Triangle Traditional Music and Dance Retirement Society.
