The TIA and <br /> comments are included in our submission materials along with the TIA. <br /> The applicant agrees with NCDOT and Orange County improvement requirements for the <br /> location and timing of the entrance to Fiddlehead Drive from Morrow Mill RD and with the timing <br /> of improvements at the intersection of NC 54 with Morrow Mill RD. <br /> Transportation: Walking & Bus Opportunities <br /> The compact form of the Fiddlehead community and the character of the development and <br /> preserved forest areas will provide many internal opportunities for social and fitness walking and <br /> bike riding. <br /> The applicant proposes to provide a bus stop and bus shelter meeting NCDOT standards, or an <br /> equally suitable alternative design, in the community center near the multifamily buildings and <br /> the community building that is easily accessible from the single family, duplex and triplex <br /> buildings.
