[Phase 2-3] <br /> ■ Pickleball & similar hard surface court activities <br /> ■ Open field areas for informal activities such as badminton, frisbee, playing catch, <br /> bocce, croquet, and other field games. <br /> ■ Walking, hiking and biking trails, including such trails in Common Open Space & <br /> Stream Buffers as permitted by the UDO at the time of Orange County BOCC Zoning <br /> Approval. <br />
