The conclusions of the VES indicate that a Vapor Encroachment Condition (VEC) does not exist in <br /> connection to the subject property.VES completed by S&ME is provided in Appendix IV. <br /> 5.0 SITE RECONNAISSANCE <br /> The site reconnaissance was performed by Mr. Cody McMechen of S&ME on August 8, 2022. Representative <br /> photographs of the subject property are included in Appendix IV. On-site observations are depicted on Figure <br /> 3, Appendix I. <br /> 5.1 Methodology and Limiting Conditions <br /> The purpose of the site reconnaissance is to obtain information indicating the likelihood of identifying RECs in <br /> connection with the subject property.
