Salem Street, Suite 203
Apex, North Carolina 27502
919-859-0669
www.agriwaste.com
April 7, 2022
MEMORANDUM
TO: Triangle Traditional Music and Dance Retirement Society
FROM: Julie Davidson, AWT
Jeff Vaughan, AWT
SUBJECT: Stream and Wetland Evaluation
This report discusses a stream and wetland evaluation completed on Parcel 9739624313
in Orange County NC. Julie Davidson and Jeff Vaughan of AWT completed this on
March 28, 2022.
Site Details
This site is approximately 120 acres and found in the Jordan Lake Watershed. It is mostly
undeveloped with old growth pine and hardwoods. There are 2 defined USGS streams on
this site. One is a perennial stream that diagonals north of the property. The second is an
intermittent that diagonals southeast. The NRCS Soil Survey Maps shows the same
perennial stream while the USGS shows both.
If streams are found on USGS or NRCS Soil Survey maps these are considered correct
according to regulatory agencies. Attachment 1 includes a 1: 24,000 USGS (NC White
Cross) Topological map and NRCS Soil Survey Map showing these streams.
