<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Version 10.5.2023 Page 7 of 9 VRV Maintenance Plan <br /> <br /> <br />As a service agreement customer you will receive a discount of $10 off per hour of current street <br />rates. <br /> <br />Daily Truck Charge: $120 <br /> <br />OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES: <br />• The Owner will operate all equipment per Manufacturer's recommendations and report <br />unusual conditions to HMS. <br />• The Owner will provide safe and free access to the equipment and address any <br />reported/known Safety deficiencies. <br /> <br />GENERAL: <br />• The Owner reserves the right to competitively bid equipment repair and/or replacement. <br />• HMS personnel will comply with all Owner policies and procedures. <br />• Additional work to be approved in advance by Owner authorized representative. <br />• HMS personnel will be qualified and certified as needed to perform the work listed in this <br />Service Agreement. <br />• All materials and supplies will meet Manufacturer's specifications. <br />• All work will be completed in a timely manner and will include clean-up. <br />• HMS will provide the Owner with a preventative maintenance/log sheet for each piece of <br />equipment inspected. Along with the Field Report, the log sheet will provide <br />comprehensive information about the work performed and equipment condition. <br />• Unless otherwise noted, HMS will provide all supplies/material/tools required to perform <br />the preventative maintenance, service, and inspections listed in the contract. <br />• The Owner will be provided with all EPA required Refrigerant Management information. <br /> <br />GENERAL EXCLUSIONS: <br />• Repairs – All repairs (labor and material) shall be performed as Time and Material and/or <br />quoted price outside the scope of this Agreement. <br />• Overtime and/or premium time, such as nights, weekends, and holidays. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 24BEE808-EFF3-45A6-B89A-292AE91C1781
