She asked how many <br /> 12 landlords were lost. <br /> 13 Blake Rosser said it is difficult to know why and even when that happens. He said they <br /> 14 want to develop an exit survey to send to landlords when someone moves out. <br /> 15 Commissioner Portie-Ascott asked what the landlord incentive is. <br /> 16 Blake Rosser said that the landlord incentive that has two programs. He said there is a <br /> 17 signing bonus for Section 8 or rapid rehousing at $1,000 and there is a $500 referral bonus for <br /> 18 referring other landlords to the program. He said there is a risk mitigation program, which <br /> 19 guarantees damages up to $3,000 or $4,000 above the security deposit. <br /> 20 Chair Bedford said that the partnership was looking to see if it would be more efficient to <br /> 21 pay for repairs directly without having the landlord file on their insurance. <br /> 22 Danielle Butler said that landlords are not required to file with insurance when there are <br /> 23 damages. <br />
