<br /> 7 Nishith Trivedi said the funds are from Article 43 sales tax from the county, but it is held
<br /> 8 by GoTriangle. He said that once project funds are spent by the county, they can submit a request
<br /> 9 back for funding from GoTriangle, but these agreements must be in place.
